MEET THE DESIGNER

Maria Stylianou graduated in a BA (hons) in Fashion Design. During her degree she won a scholarship to the fashion institute of Milan and was selected for Graduate Fashion Week. After graduating she went onto a career with luxury fashion retailers, working as a Stylist for Harvey Nichols, Store Management for Whistles and a Luxury Buyer. Working in the fashion industry for many years, high prices & ethics inspired her to do better and follow her dream: The aim was to create a brand that would prioritize people and product quality.

Ever since I was a child, I remember the excitement I felt when I happened to stumble across pebbles, shells and sticks on my childhood trips to Cyprus. As an avid treasure hunter, I collected these magnificent objects, which I kept as precious jewels. They had magical powers! My love of design and making was ignited from a young age by my family of creatives, a chef, jeweller, silk weaver, lace maker, professional musicians and dancers.
Always at the heart of everything was a passion for story telling and creating.

Founded in 2016 Inspiration for the collections are found in my extensive travels and my native Cypriot roots, every piece is unique and has a story. We hope you join us on our voyage and enjoy it as much as we have bringing it to you.

OUR JEWELLERY

The art and symbolism of Say Paloma’s culturally-rich jewellery expresses strength, independence, self-confidence and self-love; values that the brand has epitomized since its inception in 2016. It is jewellery made for wearing. Our designs unite eastern and western heritage and should be worn, loved and experience life with you. We have a strong belief in the power of jewellery to uplift the spirits, collections are full of meaning and symbolism, from crystal stones to ancient talismans, animals, good luck charms and amulets. We believe in empowering through the natural gemstones themselves. Every jewel we produce is authentic, sophisticated and true to its kind. Sourced from London to as far away as Bali and India, each piece holds a story. Our Jewellery is born out of inexhaustible passion and celebrates individuality. Our jewellery can party when you want to party, is understated when you want to be or it can give you confidence when a meeting beckons. It will keep you company on a chilled Sunday afternoon at home, or on a beach far away.

Say paloma handmade luxury jewellery is produced by fair-trade suppliers. Our jewellery is not plated we only use the highest quality sterling silver, solid brass, and always natural ethically sourced gemstones all from trusted sources.

OUR CLOTHES

Say Paloma’s approach is in every way personal. Vintage Indian fabrics are personally and carefully selected and then handcrafted by highly skilled local artisans. We create limited collections with sense, which are an antidote to the fast fashion industry. Our statement and signature pieces, are made with recycled and renewable natural materials, mix bold shapes and edgy vibes with a colour palette that evokes bohemian femininity. We consider each of our designs to be a work of art. We produce 100% in the country of origin and are inspired by the traditions of the artisans & countries they are made in.

Our philosophy was simple. To create effortless silhouettes that fit well, last longer and can be worn by every woman.

Returns

Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible:

You must request a return within 14 days of delivery for a FULL REFUND.
Please note any original delivery costs will not be refunded. All returns are FREE.

All returns will require the label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting. Online returns should be sent directly back using tracked or signed post or returned to one of our stores. You will need to include your returns form inside the package when you return it to us. Any returns without a returns form may not be accepted. All items must be sent back in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return. All face masks are final sale - unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks. You will receive a refund within 10 working days after your return is confirmed. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original Returns for online orders are now being accepted in our stores. All questions and queries are handled by our expert customer service team, so please contact us with any questions on info@saypaloma.com so we can help you. FAULTY GOODS if the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it. Please include a photo and description of the fault. We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you. If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you. Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months. Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER To return your order please return / within 14 days of receiving of your order for a full refund. You will be asked to select the item(s) you would like to return and a reason for return. If a commercial invoice is supplied please make sure to also attach this to the package. Please enclose the return form in the package. Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive the returned item(s) a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed
